Who We Are
We are a group of volunteers consisting of Marine Corps Purple Heart recipients, active duty, veterans, first responders, and Gold Star family members.
Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund started in 2004 and provides College Grants Programs, Financial Assistance, Adopt a Family, and now Casting Freedom. We support veterans, wounded veterans, and Gold Star families.
We are a non-partisan organization. Politics aside, whether you are a Republican, Democrat or Independent; whether you were for or against these wars, our organization wishes to provide emotional and financial support to these deserving families. We believe that you do not have to take “sides” to help in this worthy cause.

About Us
Our Mission
We focus on providing combat wounded veterans and Gold Star families with the opportunity to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors. Many times families want to experience outdoor experiences together. We hope to provide these families with the equipment and support that they need to make this dream come true.
Our History
The Program started with a simple question, how do veterans cope with mental health issues acquired during combat over multiple tours. Most Veterans enjoy being active and especially in the outdoors fishing with family. So about six months ago we partnered with another Non Profit The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund.
Casting Freedom was instated in hopes that the program will combat veteran suicide.
Our Team
Our amazing team of regulars and part-time volunteers are combat veterans, Purple Heart recipients, Gold Star family members, and American patriots. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of veterans and their families.
